The Mr. Groom

The Groom, Floyd Reyes of Munoz, Nueva Ecija believes that he will never be truly happy until the day he met the one. This belief stemmed from early exposure to sad 90's RnB music and the total misreading of the move Love, Actually. Yup, that line was taken from 500 days of Summer tweaked to fit Floyd's description. Floydie (as Patricia called him) is an extroverted individual who loves drinking alcoholic beverages and sleeping on bathroom floors. Sometimes, I wonder how Floyd actually made Patricia fall in love since the girl is very autistic in nature. But then, Floyd is a smart man. He is witty and funny. He is the type of person who will do everything to get what he want. He is such a go-getter. He follows his dreams because he knows what is meant for him. Another factor is that he is very sweet. He writes love letters to Patricia, sent her sweet messages all the time, and hugs her after every rare arguments. Who won't fall in love with him?

The Little Miss Bride

The Bride, Patricia Sales of Project 4, Quezon City did not share his belief. Since the disintegration of most of her relationships she only love two things. The first was her long dark hair. The second was how easily she could cut it off and feel nothing. Yup, another 500 days of Summer reference. Obviously, that is Patricia's all time favorite movie. And yes, she never really believe in soul mates and cuddling before she met the Groom. She is quite independent and love doing things on her own. She is a total opposite of Floydie as she is very introverted. Just when she thought she hated cuddling, it turns out that she and her exes just doesn't fit. The first time she cuddled with Floydie was like a revelation. She loves cuddling now. She now believes that like puzzle pieces, some people just don't lock together properly. Everytime, she laughs and talks with Floydie after the end of the day, she knows she is where God meant her to be.

Floyd met Patricia on the summer of 2015. He knows almost immediately that she is who he has been searching for. This is a story of boy meets girl, but you should know upfront, this is more than just a love story.
